The first hotel on this list is the TUI BLUE Maduzi Hotel Bangkok. This is a beautiful stay ideally located for business travelers in Bangkok. Being only a 4-minute walk from the metro, we were able to explore the city easily. Pratunam Market and the Grand Palace were within easy reach.
A highlight for corporate guests is the well-equipped Boardroom, a 484 sq ft private meeting space that showcases thoughtful business hospitality. During our visit, we were particularly grateful for the complimentary three-hour usage policy for hotel guests, along with the extensive amenities such as Wi-Fi and AV equipment. If you want, you can also enhance your meeting with coffee and lunch packages.
What else was great during our stay? The dining experience! The on-site Maduzi Restaurant serves delicious French cuisine with Japanese influences. Aside from that, we also made use of the in-house gym, which kept us healthy despite our busy schedule.

Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit

Calling the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit one of the best business stays in Bangkok is an understatement. The hotel’s direct skywalk connection to both BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations made our business travels incredibly convenient. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with 5-star service from the bell staff. We were also surprised when we saw the art gallery as well as the coffee shop, macaron store, cafe, and bar on the main level.
However, what impressed us the most was the hotel’s comprehensive meeting facilities located on two dedicated floors. The standout space was undoubtedly the Inspiration Room on the third floor. With natural light streaming in through the windows, elegant wood-paneled walls, and a minimalist design, this venue has the perfect balance between functionality and style. The direct skywalk access made it very convenient for our team members coming from various parts of the city.
Aside from the meeting venues, we were in love with Le Apartment, too. It’s the hotel’s rooftop French restaurant, 30 stories above the lively streets of Bangkok. It comes with both indoor and outdoor seating, offering us stunning views of the city. We think it’s also a great place for casual business dinners and more formal client entertainment.

Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel

Best Location. There’s no way we can forget our stay at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel. First of all, let’s talk about its fantastic location. This hotel is in the vibrant Chit Lom area, meaning we were only moments away from the BTS Skytrain Station. This is a huge advantage for business meetings. What’s more, centralwOrld and Pratunam Market were both only a short walk away.
We have a feeling you’ll also be pleased with the hotel’s extensive meeting facilities. On-site, you’ll find 13 event rooms that cover over 22,000 sq ft, offering more than enough space for most events. There’s also a dedicated events team that will ensure your event or meeting goes smoothly from start to finish.
Moving on, one of the highlights of our stay was the uniquely designed indoor-outdoor swimming pool on the upper levels of the hotel. Unlike many other pools in Bangkok that can be uncomfortably cold, this temperature-controlled pool provided us with a refreshing escape after meetings. While it wasn’t a rooftop facility, the pool’s elevated position still gave us stunning views of the city skyline, and the nearby fitness center had all the equipment we needed to keep up with our workout routines while traveling.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok

You won’t be disappointed with the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, as it delivers on all fronts. Nestled next to the historic Erawan temple, we were greeted with the soothing aroma of incense and fresh flowers when we arrived. Talk about first impressions! But for business travelers, the real highlight is the event spaces.
The hotel’s event spaces stood out to us with their size. During our stay, we toured the stunning Grand Ballroom along with the other two venues – The Residence and The Campus. Together, they offer more than 35,000 sq ft of elegant meeting space. The Residence was our favorite, as it felt more like a cozy co-working space instead of the usual meeting room.
When it was time to relax, the hotel’s fifth floor was the place to be. Here, you’ll find a refreshing pool area along with a hot tub. We also loved working up a sweat in the fitness center. However, what truly caught our eye were the exclusive pool villas. They’re private retreats featuring separate living areas, spacious bedrooms, and luxurious bathrooms. They even come with dedicated massage rooms!
